We listened to the feedback from our inaugural event and incorporated your suggestions. We're focusing on more in-depth conversations spread over 2 learning tracks, one for the new or aspiring Estate Managers, and a second with topics for established estate management professionals. We have a cleaner tech experience and more social time between talks. We've also added a smaller meeting rooms and a photo booth!
This year we'll open the conference with a discussion about the various roles and titles in Estate Management and their expectations. For the core of the day, we've created 2 focus tracks: the “A” track highlights steps to entering the field of Estate Management or starting in a new role, while the “B” track contains topics that will add to any established estate manager's repertoire. We'll cap the day with a debate on hybrid roles and a social hour for all attendees.
