When I discovered the “Leading a Culture of Service Excellence” Executive Certificate from Cornell University, I knew that I'd discovered something amazing. More than just a rehash of what I'd learned at USF or from experience with managing household service teams, this program breathed fresh, new life into my understanding of what is possible. And what is possible is… amazing!
After graduating from the program, I thought about how to share that information to others. Another article on LinkedIn? Calling up colleagues and sharing advice?
How about making it possible for othes to attend this program, as well? And that's what I am doing now.
This scholarship award is for private estate domestic staff, such as Estate & Household Managers, Butlers, and Personal Assistants, who are responsible for creating, managing, and leading a high-performance workplace culture for their domestic staff team. The $300.00 award, to be available to one selected winning applicant after the closing deadline of December 31st, 2020, is intended to assist with tuition for attending the Cornell University Executive Certificate program “Leading a Culture of Service Excellence,” which can be completed entirely online.
